Notice of Preparation

The City of Elk Grove released the Vulcan Materials Company Grant Line Construction Aggregate Production and Recycling Facility Notice of Preparation in January 2022. The Notice of Preparation public comment period closed on February 7, 2022, but we will continue to accept questions via our Contact Us page. This project is currently undergoing the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) process. Once complete, the DEIR will be released for circulation and public comment.
